Moravia
Senior Operations & Program Lead, Microsoft Accounts · Moravia (now RWS)
Moravia translated software for companies like Microsoft. I joined as a project manager, and from 2014 ran production for its Microsoft Cloud & Enterprise programs.

First I led a group of project managers serving US clients directly, like Western Digital, Microsoft, AWS and Medtronic.
In 2014 Moravia won the Microsoft Cloud & Enterprise account, about $30M a year. That was a third of its global volume. I ran its production.
The team grew from 3 to 150 people across China, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Argentina and the US. We translated products like Visual Studio, SQL Server and Windows Server.
I also designed a system that put finances, delivery, quality, capacity planning and KPIs in one view. I stayed through Moravia's sale to RWS in 2017.
