Technical support, then project and production manager · TeleTech, then a localization company
I started on the phones at TeleTech, a call center company in Argentina, in 2007.
I did technical support for US customers of Hewlett-Packard, and then T‑Mobile.
Then I moved to a localization company, as a project manager and later production manager.
I ran delivery of translation and design work for large clients like Microsoft, with the team, reporting and metrics behind it.
